Key cues

  1. 01Push the hoop with the hips front and back not side to side
  2. 02Feet staggered not parallel
  3. 03Core engaged — the hoop is held by core tension not luck

Common mistakes

  1. 01Spinning the hips in a circle (it's linear)
  2. 02Feet parallel making it impossible to maintain
